(12,582 posts)I've made it with the clear vinegar/water/sugar/dill sauce and I've made it with a sour cream/dill or yogurt sauce. One thing I love to do with leftovers is make a cucumber sandwich - just some mayo or Miracle Whip and pile on the drained cucumber/onion mixture!

(4,123 posts)is awesome. Thai cucumber salad is similar, but adds ground peanuts and cilantro.
