Simple to make, I like to use raspberry or currant preserves. Also, use a recipe that uses half butter-half cream cheese for fat in dough. Yum, yum. I have all the ingredients including an unopened jar of raspberry preserves. Only one problem, it's too damn hot to do a lot of baking right now.
