Coffee first. I got a package of a Sweet Earth Bacon, a plant based 'bacon' to make bacon and tomato sandwiches.

Boiled white and sweet potatoes, mashed, garlic chives, egg, onion - all fried, with sour cream, black hot brew coffee.

I baked another loaf of bread yesterday. So nice fresh toast with everything bagel sprinkled on top. And coffee.
