Um, don't.
Mine burst into flame. Apparently it's the high potassium level, which is in fact a metal.

Blend them with a high speed blender or food processor, add a little almond milk, peanut butter, and cocoa, and you have soft-serve nice cream.

I had some earlier today with frozen strawberries and soy milk thrown into the blender too.

All frozen fruits of choice, flax seed, peanut butter, almond milk, spinach, agave syrup, chia seeds.
Add walnuts at the end along with granola.
