3. Well shoot, I thought I had my coffee pot ready to

go. I usually fix it before going to bed. So I turned it on 20 minutes ago and just now went in to get my first cup and found an empty pot. Here in a few minutes while the coffee is brewing I will fry and egg, melt a slice of cheese on top, toast an English muffin and make an egg muffin sandwich.

Cheese toast with strawberries later.

5. Creamed Spinach with a soft boiled duck egg on top. Hazelnut coffee with half and half.

9. black coffee so far

Not sure what else. I put a pot of beans on the stove before it gets hot outside, but that is for later.

It is a bright morning with an orange tint at sunrise and below 70 now but low 90s later. I'm ready for Fall.

10. Sipping on some coffee right now.

A little later will have pineapple chia with cottage cheese. This is a new recipe for me. I made the chia part last night and will assemble the rest this morning. Hope it's good.

11. Sipping my mocha, trying to wake up.

Husband is requesting ham'n for breakfast: a small piece of ham steak, OE eggs, fried sliced potatoes and wheat toast.

It's already 80F here, heading for another day over 100. I hate to wish away time, but can't wait until fall.

Glad things are looking to be moving in a more positive direction for you, Iris.

13. cold water and vitamins

then put in a strip of nasturtiums plus water some tomatoes.

and then.....

a bagel half with cream cheese, piled high with cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion sliced on the mandolin. S & P and a drizzle of olive oil and a basil leaf or two.
