Coffee & toast now, probably yogurt & blueberries later

1. Black coffee and a Heath Toffee Candy Bar now.

4. Health Toffee Candy bars were my favorite while growing up

And I still like them.

6. My nephew works at the Heath Candy bar factory

in Robinson, Illinois and keeps us well supplied.

Cheese toast and sliced pineapple later.

3. Crab Quiche, English Breakfast Tea/Milk, a cordial of Bailey's Pina Colada

The berry was a selection from a cross between the 'Black Logan' (syn. 'Mammoth'), developed by Judge James Logan in California, and the youngberry, which was developed by Byrnes M. Young in Louisiana.

I had a chopped pear with agave-sweetened ricotta. Freshly ground black pepper over the ricotta, and sprinkled with rosemary.

9. Quick and easy this morning.

Husband likes Pillsbury orange and cinnamon rolls (probably bc I won't make them myself right now.) I stopped buying the orange rolls when they price rose so steeply, so just baked a small roll of 5 cinnamon rolls.

Coffee and water for him, mocha and water for me.
