1. Happy Labor Day! I started my day with a cup of black coffee

and treated myself to a sausage, bacon and cheese omelette.

5. I'm toasted this morning

I made several 21-seed slices of toast, over which I put avocado and strips of turkey bacon, cooked up all crispy. Then added a side of cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Cold decaf vanilla-nut.
