Oatmeal with chopped gala apple later.

eggs and bacon later 🍳🥓

4. Breakfast sandwich and an apple. Made blueberry muffins yesterday, so

maybe one of those later.

5. Death wish coffee

Followed by vitamixed wheat berries from Palouse Washington mixed with a bit of Krusteaz,
Farmer's cheese
Organic raisins inside pancakes,
blueberries and strawberries as finger food.

6. Tues. a.m.

I knew I had to be out and around this morning, so I made a hearty breakfast: warmed up a square of zucchini egg bake (topped with Parmesan and avocado-tomatillo salsa) and put it on a sheet pan with turkey bacon and root fries.

Two cups of vanilla nut decaf this morning.

And off I go for a few hours of running errands.
