White chili tonight, which I made yesterday but really didn't have much of a chance to enjoy.
I loved my kohlrabi-apple salad, so I made that, too. It just has a simple olive oil/lemon dressing. So good! Glad I planted lots of kohlrabi.
Pomegranate kombucha.
Skipping dessert tonight, but will definitely have a fresh cup of vanilla-nut decaf.

(37,134 posts)...but I have a big boneless chicken breast in the fridge I need to use and a big bunch of Chinese garlic chives on their last legs so I'm leaning toward something Sichuan noodle-ish. Shredded chicken, chopped chives, peeled celery, Pixian bean paste, vinegar, garlic, ginger, etc.
Noodles, of course. We have some green beans and cubed butternut squash, too. Tuesday is one of my "easy dinner weeknights," so it's gonna be pretty basic!
