Stand back and and stand by

I have new meatloaf recipe.
Fresh bread crumbs
Sun dried Tomatoes
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Diced mushrooms
Soak in milk the mixture for 20 minutes then gently fold together.
Then I’ll mix it with the hamburger and Italian sausage.

Maybe because the price of hamburger has been so ridiculously high?

Except I have never used sun dried tomatos and added cottage cheese. I also do mine in layers. Think the sun dried tomatos would be a good addition. I let it sit overnight after cooking it and the next day everything has marinated together and is so much better. Think maybe your route of letting it sit for 20 min. might accomplish the same thing? Will try that.

Thanks!
