so I might up the sugar a little and definitely use the fruit, fresh or frozen. I'd also skip the seeds unless I was absolutely plugged up, the fiber in the oats would do the job nicely on all other occasions. Large doses of fiber aren't always a good thing, especially when you're teaching or giving presentations.
