Hmmm, wonder what I should have tonight?

Eggplant, maybe?

I want to do something totally different with it tonight, so I'm thinking blue cheese sauce.

Asian cucumber salad.

Tart cherry kombucha.

I'm trying a new tea tonight, Bengal Spice. Will have that with a bite or two of pumpkin-chocolate bark.

1. Tuna

There’s a fish market/restaurant called O’Neal’s about two blocks from our boat slip that has fish right off the boats. We bought a tuna steak and a dozen oysters, (those are for tomorrow).

We’ll marinate the fish, season it then pan-sear it black & blue served with soy sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger. Rice and a small green salad to accompany the tuna. Lemon sherbet for dessert.
