Olive-red pepper hummus with asparagus spears and wheat crackers.

Chopped romaine/cucumber salad.

Dessert: fresh blueberries with eggnog Greek yogurt, toasted almonds on top. Hot chocolate.

They'll go nicely with the leftover Turkey Mulligatawny from the other night.

A great big salad based on Romaine lettuce. Topped with sliced hard boiled egg, red onion, slivers of carrot, tomato chunks, grated cheddar cheese, sliced turkey breast (finally, the end!), a slice of roast beef, slices of green olives and a couple of rolls of Swiss cheese all topped with blue cheese dressing. Dinner rolls and butter and a bottle of red wine from a vintner in North Carolina.
