(22,029 posts)A great big salad based on Romaine lettuce. Topped with sliced hard boiled egg, red onion, slivers of carrot, tomato chunks, grated cheddar cheese, sliced turkey breast (finally, the end!), a slice of roast beef, slices of green olives and a couple of rolls of Swiss cheese all topped with blue cheese dressing. Dinner rolls and butter and a bottle of red wine from a vintner in North Carolina.
