Coffee first later egg salad on toast

1. Coffee is brewing

I'll have it black.

Haven't decided on breakfast.

Now the coffee is ready

2. Coffee first

After I take my dog out, plain Greek yogurt and a kiwi

3. Been mostly drinking water so far.

Had a mocha and a small bowl of oatmeal with salt, butter and stevia.

4. coffee and a wrap

meatloaf, rice, egg & cheese and salsa on a tortilla


I'm missing my tater tots. I forgot to buy them when we shopped. Probably just as well since rice is cheaper.

I just miss the crunch element.

5. Decaf vanilla nut

And 1/2 a chocolate mint Greek yogurt.

Toasted walnuts.
