Finishing my decafe tea now, later yogurt, cherries and oatmeal

1. Black coffee now, later sausage and cheese omelet.

2. Coffee now, homemade granola, yogurt and fruit a little later.

3. Leftover sausage gravy and biscuits

for the husband, coffee and water for both of us. I did eat half a banana a bit earlier.
