Coffee, toast, scrambled egg & kielbasa bits

1. Coffee with cream now

Glazed donuts and fruit salad soon. Happy Easter, irisblue.

5. Coffee for me

Then made some oeuvres rancheros for us.
LilBit has eaten her 2 eggs, the leftover half of footlong from lunch yesterday , and is now munching chips! With a huge smile on her face.

6. Coffee so far

I’m contemplating home fries, which for some reason sounds really good this morning. Probably will fry an egg or two to go over them.

and coffee.

9. Quiche

Roasted asparagus and shrimp in it, along with thyme. Provolone cheese on the base of the crust.

I am making the most of asparagus season. Everytime I get a chance to either cut it in my garden or buy it, I do.

Almonds toasting in the oven to go over toasted waffle, tapioca pudding, and blackberries.

Decaf coffee.

10. I had a small oatmeal strawberry bar simply bc I HAVE to eat something.

Just fixed B. scrambled eggs with extra sharp cheddar and a toasted EM with butter.

Water and coffee, of course.
