Asian chicken thighs that I made in the slow cooker 2 days ago. Has sesame ginger glaze.

Apple-fennel salad with tossed greens.

Tangeriine passion fruit kombucha.

Dessert: coconut fruit bar.

B. wants to go to Lowe's to check something out, he's been thinking about it all day. When I got up from a nap, he asked if I wanted to go and we'd pick up something for dinner.

IOW, I'm being bribed.

2. Oven braised boneless beef short-ribs, mashed potatoes and grav, mixed vegtables

Dessert: Ice cream sundaes

5. third, and final round of the grilled salmon

Leftover salmon cakes from last night, veggie mix of lima beans, pozole, tomatoes, and green chili, and some roasted mini-potatoes.

nothing fancy--typical toppings
potato chips on the side

We started w/ a simple garden salad: romaine, grape tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, onions, celery, orange bell pepper, and a hard-boiled egg. (choice of bottled dressings)

On edit: Dad had pan-fried kielbasa, home fries, and sauteed zucchini
