(23,441 posts)I made bulk sausage recently, so I have patties in the freezer. I needed to bake yesterday, and had enough dough to make a loaf of bread and 4 English muffins.
The breakfast sandwich I'm eating is a real treat
And coffee. Must have coffee!

A bit of cottage cheese, lettuce, and chopped veggies with salt & pepper.
Half a toasted bagel (French toast maple flavor) with pistacchiosa and sliced bananas.

AND have perfectly ripe mangoes, not sure type or origin, maybe Ataulfo, but they're great and I can actually cut them, so planning for lunch/dinners.
