What's for Dinner, Sat., June 17, 2023

Vegetable sandwich: red pepper hummus, tapenade, cucumber, carrot, sliced tomatoes, avocado. Alfalfa sprouts on top, along with toasted almond slices. Over naan bread with a bed of spinach on the bread.

Cup of roasted tomato-basil soup.

Pineapple peach kombucha.

Dessert: salted caramel thin cookies with cold decaf coffee.

Your menu sounds excellent. I need to pick up some ingredients - thanks for the ideas!

I find that when s/he's not feeling like eating much, my appetite decreases also. Nibbles here and there and watching to make sure we get enough to stay healthy.
