Zucchini Brownies Recipe

My wife says she uses three cups shredded zucchini instead of two. She also wants you to know they freeze well, but she makes them without the icing to make them healthier.

This is a wonderful Chocolate Zucchini Pound Cake. IMO doesn’t need icing. Be sure to use good cocoa (I like Hershey’s Special Dark) it makes a difference.
