Considering yesterday, I will make bacon, tomatoes and an egg later this morning.

1. Black coffee now ☕, later eggs over easy, bacon and toast.

Iris and her love for bacon 🥓🥓 will make this a day to rejoice.

The last of the leftover rice, topped with the leftover sausage gravy from yesterday's diner breakfast.

3. cherry kombucha and

Radish sandwich, so to speak. It's a little different, though, as I put it in a pita bread. Radish sandwiches are usually put on pumpernickel or regular sandwich bread and butter and salt are used.

I mixed sliced (mandolin) radish with scallion and mint. Salt & pepper. I tossed them and mixed with queso cheese and put it into a lettuce-lined pita. Topped with toasted whole almonds in each pita, too.
