Later this morning, egg cheese & veggie casserole, hot tea

1. I might do something spicy

This morning. I’m thinking sun dried tomato wrap. Layer of an egg, flat, like an omelette. Grated cheddar, melted. Roll it up and have it with fresh, homemade salsa.

Earl Grey tea, of course.

Your veggie casserole sounds good. 👌

Today I'm having a Lime Lassi and a toasted English muffin with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Spreadable Gournay Cheese. Heated Cranberry in a mug as a substitute for tea which is off my menu indefinitely by doctor's orders.
