This is exactly the kind of information I need.

Going to town tomorrow for a 2 - 3 week provisioning trip and I am still working on how to make the produce last.

On the advice of another member, I bought these great rubbermaid produce savers, which I recommend, but I still struggle with getting it exactly right.
