Breaded pork cutlets, which I prepared last night for today. Sauteed apples.
Broccoli, first steamed and then stir fried in sesame oil and served with Chinese brown sauce and topped with sesame seeds.
Tossed green salad with beets and feta cheese. Homemade vinaigrette.
Dessert: hot chocolate with marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Leftover soup from yesterday tasted even better today. Avocado toast with Penzys Fox Point seasoning blend on top. Baked apples with cinnamon and cocowhip topping for dessert. Iced green tea with lemon. Cheers! 🥂
