I am sorry I posting late today.

Breakfast today is cottage cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños and a possible avocado toast

Had a small salad last night and had indigestion almost all night. The only good thing about Noravirus is I'm losing weight. I don't recommend it though as a diet aid.

Jalapeño-cheddar bagel half, toasted in air fryer.

Sliced Gala apple.

Can’t wait to work outside on my elevated raised beds so I can start planting lettuce soon.
