Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

PLEASE!!!!

Chicago deep dish pizza is a hearty and indulgent dish that stands in contrast to the traditional thin-crust pizza. With its thick, buttery crust that’s baked in a high-sided pan, this pizza is more like a savory pie filled with layers of cheese, sauce, and your favorite toppings. The cheese is placed directly on the dough, followed by a rich tomato sauce and additional toppings, creating a satisfying bite in every slice. The slow-bake method ensures that the crust is golden and slightly crisp, while the inside remains gooey and flavorful. Perfect for a special occasion or a fun family night, Chicago deep dish is sure to please pizza lovers everywhere.

It was amazing. They sold it by the slice and one was all you needed. I bought a cast iron frying pan just so I could try to recreate it. I cheat and get the dough at Aldi’s but I think I’ll try this next time. Thanks for posting!
