I'm planning on apple flavored vegan sausage with green apples sautéed in butter, and a mug of hot tea later this morning.

1. First cup of black coffee now ☕, later bacon and cheese omelette.

Indiana has a winter weather advisory out for today. Five to seven inches predicted in northern Indiana. It's headed your way too iris (Ohio).

3. Cookies and coffee

I couldn’t sleep so baked cookies at 4 am. They are delicious.
I’ll probably have a fried egg and cheddar cheese sandwich in a couple hours to balance out all that sugar.

4. Sweet & spicy Good Earth tea

Cherry milkshake.

Banana nut muffin, toasted in air fryer.

2 slices of turkey bacon.

5. Forgot to mention

We have snow!

Not that much but enough to shovel. A friend already shoveled it for me cuz I was complaining about hurting my back.

Yonnie has his sunrises but I have my trains off in the distance every morning. I love to hear the train whistle, and also the trundle of the train on the tracks, full of passengers going to Manhattan to work.

6. Left over rice

With an egg scrambled into it and some scallion greens. Fried up like a pancake. Yummy. Coffee too
