What's for Dinner, Wed., April 22, 2025

Headed for work shortly, so I'm posting what I'll have when I get home tonight:

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Cucumber-tomato salad using fresh tarragon from my herb garden.

Creamy garlic-parmesan-sage pasta.

Tangerine kombucha.

Dessert: Strawberries in balsamic.

We had a big lunch at Culvers, so that'll do us for the rest of the day.

Then I ran my errands/shopping, came home and canned 2 pounds of carrots. First time for carrots; it made 3 wide-mouth pints. I seasoned them with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar and one arbol chili in each jar. (I'm trying to make sure DH will eat them.)

I hope they're good.
