Cold shrimp and salmon bites for an appetizer.
Mediterranean Chickpea Salad. There are a skazillion recipes for this on Pinterest, but the one I chose has cucumbers, red bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamatas. I cooked the chickpeas in the slow cooker yesterday. Oh, and pear tomatoes, of course. I'll get to use fresh parsley from the garden!
I might have this on a bed of spinach.
Cherry kombucha.
Dessert: strawberries and vanilla ice cream, soft serve. Earl Grey decaf.
