What's for Dinner, Sat., June 14, 2025

Last edited Sat Jun 14, 2025, 04:03 PM - Edit history (1)

Sesame peanut noodles, homemade.

Stir-fry chicken with vegetables (carrots, broccoli, yellow squash, scallion).

Kombucha: strawberry lemonade flavor

Dessert: Lemon cookie bars (frozen treat, new find at Aldi). Hot tea.

Has been raining all day today. I have the fans going in my basement to try to dry things out.

Walking to their house shortly for a bring-whatever-you-want meal in the backyard. Fire pit, marshmallows, don’t know what else.

Hope your basement gets dried out.

I looked at this link and was interested to see you can bake in the microwave with some of their cookware.

Trouble is its so expensive. Wow, $42.

I might try it with a cornbread mix and a glass dish like what they have but I'll have to come up with some type of cover.

Went to 3 local protests today and we decided to pick up a pizza on the way home from the last event. Sesame crust, vegan cheese, onions, and double mushrooms. Cheers! 🥂

One at 11am, another at 2 and then the big Buffalo event at 4. All were peaceful and spirited events.
