Sockeye salmon, which I slow cooked with lemon, orange, celery, and onion. Let it cool and mixed it with salad greens and other vegetables like cherry tomatoes, carrot, red onion, and cucumber. Caesar dressing.
Kombucha: mixed berry, to which I added cherry juice.
Dessert: chocolate fudge bar.

(1,879 posts)kind of a warm day for it, but it's my husband's favorite meal, so for Father's Day it suited. Mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed broccoli.
It's our eldest's birthday, so this is the day he became a father.

(1,997 posts)which I made a few nights ago. I made a simple tomato sauce to spoon over them. Also made air-fried seasoned red potato fries and oven roasted yellow squash spears. Cheers! 🥂

(2,163 posts)After after resting overnight in the fridge, son grilled them up with some roasted corn and baked beans. Feels like summer here!
