Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, cabbage, zucchini, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic. Added marinara, butter beans and tossed with red lentil rotini and chopped fresh basil. Vegan parm on top. Cheers! 🥂
