I currently have a plate of Prosciutto and cantaloupe wedges in the fridge for later this morning with a cold brew coffee.

1. 2 fried eggs on toast topped with homemade sausage gravy.

Sliced tomatoes.

Hot black coffee.

2. Black coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

3. Cold iced tea

Honeydew melon with agave.

Warm pita bread with olive oil butter and toasted pepitas.

4. Coffee first

Then 2 fried eggs, 1 piece of toast, and almost a cup of blackberries. By now, I'm on to ice water - it's hot!
