Double espresso now. Refill later.

Black coffee for wife later.

Toasted home=made rye slices. Jams, lemon curd. Pistachio or home-made cashew butter.

Peach slices fruit cup. Bananas?

and a toasted generic English muffin with butter. This one is not so good.

I am sitting in my bedroom in a rocker with Ducky on my lap. I am watching a mystery on TV that I started watching last night but dozed off. Ducky is watching his TV, the window to the side yard. Drizzly morning.

6. Coffee right now. In a bit, toast with butter

iced coffee, and watermelon and grapes. Too hot for anything else as I wait for the hvac person to come replace parts on our home system.

7. Egg cheese bacon on an English muffin

I had that earlier. Black coffee. Just finished some strawberries.

I got the berries at Aldi on Th. I had some on Friday, and sort of forgot the rest of the pack. I got them out today, expecting to share a lot with the birds. But every single berry was just right. I didn't discard any. I know the birds will be disappointed, but I'm really happy!

Later, I'm going to make a strawberry shake with the rest of them
