Is Boarshead meats & deli still under watch by the (weakened) FDA & USDA?

I was going to get some more smoked Gouda & saw they has issues with slime & sanitation

I believe the location was closed. I bought some just last week, so I'm not concerned.

I loved the deli roast beef& Swiss cheeses

4. Looks like the Gouda recall was for mislabeling on 8 oz. refrigerated packages not fresh sliced at the deli.

To identify the recalled Boar’s Head cheese, look for the UPC 0 42421-50006 6, code 03 SEP 25 F, with "Distributed by Brunckhorst Co., NY, NY 11206" on the Smoked Gouda’s packaging.

11. Our grocery stopped carrying everything by Boarshead...

can't remember what they substituted instead, but it's being hyped as much as Boarshead was hyped in the past.
