Breakfast Sunday 27 July 2025

Later this morning I'm planning on soft scrambled egg with cumbled bacon, melted cheese on top, slice of buttered toast and a mug or 2 of tea.

Considering whether I want an egg-salad sandwich. I’m missing the egg-salad sandwiches from Japanese convenience stores, and suspect whatever I make won’t come close.

egg, American cheese, kielbasa, tots and salsa inside

coffee

probably some cantaloupe a little later.

Just got some disappointing news: sis has COVID. She'll probably be ok, but she's not going anywhere this week. That's disappointing because Wednesday is our birthday and we typically go to a tap house at the foot of Mt. Monadnock to celebrate every year. The restaurant offers a free entree to people celebrating a birthday.

I'll still bake our favorite pie (peach) and deliver half of it to her home.
