Later this morning I'm planning
on tea, scrambled eggs with spinach, tomato and onions, dry toast snd more tea

Al likes to buy a lot of fruit, and then encourages me to help him eat it.

Sure, I like fruit. But I know from experience that I need to start my day w/ protein.

I guess I'll have a couple of cheesy scrambled eggs and a banana.
