This week has been flying bye fast
Later this morning I'll fix a bowl of cottage cheese, cubed avocado, tomatoes and with a few jalapeños and with cold brew coffee to drink.

I like your spelling of “flying bye.” It connotes a fondness for the days past.
I am hearing the train signals off in the distance.
Making a one-egg, herby omelette as filling on crusty bread with mozzarella, tomato, and grilled yellow pepper. Maybe later some fruit (cantaloupe) with mint.

I have decided I am going to improve the quality of my life by disallowing all references or reading about trump to every other day. On those days I will substitute reading a short story from The New Yorker. I will still post the dinner thread, of course.
