Quick Sauerkraut – Tangy, Tender, and Ready in Under an Hour
Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 2.5 pounds, outer leaves removed and cored)
1 cup water
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup white distilled vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon onion powder
