Homemade gravy and sausage.

Scrambled eggs.

Hot black coffee.

P.S. The only thing missing was a big homegrown tomato.

5. Cold Earl Grey

Toasted cornbread. Topping will be bruschetta made from greens picked yesterday in the garden. Garlic. Impossible sausage crumbles.

I sure hope all that rain we received yesterday makes it easier to pull out crabgrass. I took 4 plastic bins full of it to the recycling center yesterday.

I don't know why my guy insists in buying Chinese food every Wednesday. I kind of wish he wouldn't spend the $$ on it,. I admit, though, that I like having the leftover rice for brekkie.
