I just made a big cold plate. It has:
Sliced Muenster cheese
Gruyere, cubed
Goat cheese in olive oil with black peppercorns
Herb flavored mayos: thyme, basil
Genoa salami
Egg salad
Lettuce
Red onion
Tomato slices, drizzled with olive oil, S&P
Kalamatas
Green olives
Cornichons
Large caper berries
Sliced banana pepper
Pretzel bread, cut in slices
Flatbreads with sesame seeds
Cornbread
My fave: cherry kombucha
Dessert: miniature chocolate "apples." Chocolates in the shape of apples.

(37,135 posts)I'm having leftover short ribs. K wants the leftover salmon. Both have veggies, and I'll toss a salad. We refrigerate leftovers in Tupperware meal trays that go right into the microwave to reheat. Super easy! And they're senior sized, too!

Fresh swordfish
Local sausages
Portobello mushrooms
Asparagus-in-foil with garlic mayonnaise
Also, mashed potatoes and a cold veggie soup.

(1,996 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, sliced carrots, mushrooms and minced garlic. When almost done I added cut asparagus. When done I next added air-fried crispy tofu cubes, cooked whole wheat penne and a drizzle of evoo. TJs parmesan on top. Cheers!🥂
