I'm planning for later this morning a tomato salad like my mom would make cottage cheese in a tomato, topped with avocado and jalapeños. Hot tea.

Havarti cheese on toasted Italian bread sliced Gala apples on the side, later.

5. Hash w/ an egg

I'm making a homemade has w/ some leftover pork tenderloin. I'll top it w/ a sheesy/over-easy egg and a few drops of hot sauce.

Toast w/olive oil butter.

Guess I’d better get in the car and drive to the DMV. My safety inspection sticker is over on the 31st. 😩

7. Indiana dmv safety inspection stickers were eliminated in the early 80's.

Not sure it was a good decision though.
