Now I'm having shredded wheat cereal with banana, blackberries and almond milk.

Ducky loves this crunchy cereal.

5. I keep having the same nightmare

This morning. I wake up to beautiful hostas being placed around my house. Then a deer eats them. Over and over. Same dream.

It’s bad enough that this is happening in reality, but now it’s happening in my dreams.

Will try that cooking technique described by LaColinaire, steam frying, on some baby bok choy this morning. Garlic. Sesame oil.

Warm up a pita bread to go with it.
