Most of the recipes posted in this forum tend towards some form of animal protein. So when I find something like what you posted today, I'm so happy!
And horrible cook that I am, I actually believe I can make some of the recipes I saw, and they'll be edible! 
Who knows, maybe with some practice, I'll actually get better at it! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
