My lunch today was a buffalo chicken wrap
I was going to put chipotle cheese on it, but it was too old, so I used some extra sharp cheddar. Sriracha sauce, a bit of mayo, onion and fresh sprouts.
I set the sprouts up last Thursday and they were a tasty addition today. The sprouts are a spicy sandwich mix, the the wrap was pleasantly hot 
I got the buffalo chicken in the Aldi sliced meat section.

Even though the best buy date on the pack is 9/25, they sprouted vigorously. I gave half the batch to my daughter
