Later this morning I will make toad in the hole (https://lilluna.com/toad-in-the-hole/), sausages and orange slices and hot tea for both my sister a
and myself.
This has been a wonderful visit and I am a very lucky lucky woman.

1. Coffee for now.

Eggs wrapped in tortillas later sour cream shredded cheese with salsa. May even slice up some tomatoes to add to the eggs if I do a omelette I’ll have to run the idea by furry quality control and leave tomatoes out of his half with only shredded cheese.

2. We were both up till 2, playing cards & eating popcorn from our mothers 70 yr old popcorn pan

4. I Played Pinochle the other day with friends.

My white trash background is hard to shake.

3. Black coffee ☕, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

5. Pancake

No carb kind, with sautéed apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

Turkey bacon.

Cranberry pomegranate tea.

More salad transplanting today. Microgreen trays with broccoli and sunflower sprouts. Garlic, too.

6. Saturday start

So far quadruple espresso.
Possible homemade anadama bread toast.
Pistachio, home made cashew or dairy butters.
Blueberry or cherry jams. Orange marmalade.
Possible oven roasted bacon slices.
Raising chickens. An omelet from each half dozen eggs.
