What's for Dinner, Sat., Oct. 4, 2025

Still have this cold and I am resting up all day before I have to go to work (outdoors) for a short time in a few hours. Because of that, I'm not cooking anything. I will have my Tofu Tikka Masala, as there is a fairly good portion left.

I have a lot of new chilis getting ready to roast and need to use up last years. An Autumn day fit for a stew.

Went hiking all day near my camp with a friend and we stopped for dinner at a Mexican restaurant because there is always something I can put together and is tasty without meat or dairy. Cheers!🍻
