2. Just black coffee so far

There is a glow of dawn in the east with Venus very bright. Ducky is now curled up in his chair, disappointed that I wasn't eating.

It is about two hours until TJ will arrive home from work. I might wait until then for breakfast.

Making my Keto pancake mix with apple cider, For topping, apple butter and chopped pecans.

A few slices of turkey bacon.
