Later this morning I'm planning on making a grilled gouda & swiss cheese on pumpernickel sandwich with tomato and ham, hot tea.

1. Insomnia all night

But if I get some sleep and there actually is a breakfast, it will be a vegetable cold plate with cottage cheese. Red peppers, cherry tomatoes, baby cucumbers. Carrots, green olives. Chopped celery.

Naan bread.

2. Black coffee ☕ now, later sausage and cheese omelette.

Ducky has decided to join me instead of looking out the window for TJ to come home. He's talking to crows that are cawing just above us and to vehicles coming down the lane.

I am not yet hungry so it is just the coffee this morning.
