Later this morning I'm planning on a fried green apple with vegan maple sausages, dry white toast and a pot of hot tea.

1. Black coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

2. How was yesterdays trip?

3. We had a lot of fun. It was nice just going

for a drive in the country and looking at a few of the covered bridges, and stopping at rummage sales. Being an old retired truck driver, they always want me to drive. The trees could of had more fall colors, but within a week they'll be beautiful. Here is the old bridge into Mecca, Indiana, and a picture of my tenderloin sandwich at the Mecca Tavern.

9. Do you start nibbling on the outer edges until the pork fits the bun?

10. LOL, you would be stuffed before it fit the bun. The waitress

brought us each a steak knife, and doggy bags.

4. Coffee with cream, now

Oatmeal with blueberries, later.

Emile, loved the photo of the covered bridge. What a massive pork tenderloin sandwich.

6. That's a heck of sandwich for only nine dollars.

Most of our old covered bridges have new bridges next to them. I do know a few of them that you can still drive through. It's a shame, but some of the old bridges were burnt down by vandalism over the years.

Ricotta on naan bread with shishito peppers.

Honeydew melon.

P.s. the tiny bun with that sandwich made me laugh.

7. LOL, actually that's a pretty big bun. I thought

the diet coke was funny.

8. Black Coffee

I just finished my first mug with more to follow. I was slow getting up this morning as I'm extra stiff and sore today.

A whole grain English muffin is in the toaster awaiting butter.

Ducky has not graced me with his presence yet. I think he and TJ were up for a while in the wee hours.
